RDM was founded in 2009 by Jon Christopher Evans and Esther Marie Johansen and we have experience from the music business from different sides of the table. Evans is a musician himself and Johansen has worked for a management before.

Rough Diamonds started out as an idea we both had about making a scene for mainly singer/songwriters where they can play their own music without take any cover charge from the audience. We want to give the up and coming artists a chance to not only perform their music and creations to different types of people, but also to earn some money from it.

Now as things has happen to fall into place, the idea and vision has grown. Rough Diamond is not only a stage for singer/songwriters, but has now developed into a management. We try to always have the best of entertainment in hand to offer establishments a show for the evening (pianobarentertainment etc.), event jobs (for private party, showcase etc) and more.
